I went to First Choice Physio after dislocating my shoulder. From the moment I walked in the physio put me at ease. He explained what I had done, how it would heal and what I had to do to facilitate the process. He supported me through my complete recovery to the point I was able to return to high level tennis again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a sports injury.
I’ve had the misfortune of having of visiting many physios during my 53 years!
And I have to say that I have found David Jacobs to be most effective by far. Not only do his interventions lead to the most relief/ best results but he is willing to use lots of different modalities including acupuncture and various physio tools.
He clearly explains how he is conducting his diagnosis, what he believes the issues are, and when it is appropriate he will onward refer for further investigation.
I have no hesitation in recommending David Jacobs as an excellent physio.

I went to see David for a knee injury I sustained running. I found him knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. He saw me through the acute stage and devised a rehabilitation program to get me back to running fully explaining what he was doing and why at each stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending David for anyone seeking a professional.
I fully recommend David. He makes you feel welcome and relaxed when you walk into his practice. David helped me rehab post my operation from a ruptured bicep muscle back to full fitness in 2010.Over the past decade David’s physio skills have been phenomenal when it came to treating extremely painful injuries. Most notably he successfully treated me when I was suffering excruciating neck and back pain. By being a repeat patient over the past 11 years and the fact I have recommended him to my friends and family when they needed speaks highly as to the esteem to which I hold him.
David helped me over 8 months ago when I had a sore neck and he put me right. A few months ago, I had an accident and went back to David, he diagnosed me right away and we started to work on the problem. When I went for the MRI scan the results came back supporting what David had told me weeks before. David is a true professional and caring in every sense and he is the first port of call if I have an ache or pain. He is the only one that I would recommend if someone needed a professional physio.
