David Jacobs graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2000. He is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Health and Care Professions Council and The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
He has over 20 years of experience working as a physiotherapist and due to this he is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of clinical problems.
His main speciality is Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and he has practiced in a variety of different settings including private practices, the NHS, a rugby club, nursing homes, and a prison.
He has worked previously for HCML as a Health Rehabilitation Consultant where he was jointly in charge of Aviva’s 14,000 musculoskeletal cases a year. He trained the sports rehabilitators and dealt with complaints offering his expert view on the patient’s journey.
He has done many post qualification courses including acupuncture, manipulation, Pilates and occupation health and advanced assessment of shoulders, hips, knee, and neck problems and podiatric biomechanics.
Following a comprehensive assessment, David will propose a treatment plan appropriate on the needs of each individual patient.
